Dr. Fazil Hasan has joined Noida International University as an Assistant Professor, Department of Agriculture, School of Sciences. Dr. Hasan was serving as Dr. D.S. Kothari Post Doc Fellow (UGC) in Department of Zoology, University of Delhi, North Campus. Dr. Hasan also served as National Post Doc Fellow (NPDF-SERB-DST) at Division of Entomology, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He did his Masters and Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in Agriculture Plant Protection and has been expertise in Agricultural Entomology. His area of interest is ecological entomology, crop protection, Insect physiology and biological control of insect pest and weeds. He has also qualified ICAR-NET examination two times. Dr. Hasan has published more than 40 research and review articles in National and International Journal of great repute. Dr. Hasan has presented his research findings in various national and international conferences, workshops, seminar and symposia. He is the lead author of two books published by LAP Lambert, Germany. Dr. Hasan received various prestigious scientific awards and recognitions from various reputed scientific organizations like ICAR, UGC and Young Scientist Award in 99th Indian Science Congress in 2011. Two of the Insect photographs by Dr. Hasan have occupied the front cover position of the Journal of Applied Biology, Wiley.  Dr. Hasan also served as the reviewer of Journals like Crop protection (Elsevier), Bulletin of Entomological Research (Cambridge University Press), Archives of Phytopathology and Plant Protection (Taylor and Francis), Acta Ecologica Sinica (Elsevier), Indian Journal of Entomology and many more.
