Dr. Richa Srivastava is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of School of Business Administration, at Noida international university (NIU) Greater Noida. She has completed her Ph.D. in Management and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with dual specialization in HR and International Business (IB) from AKTU Lucknow. She has 5 years of teaching experience from a reputed institute and worked as Quality Head in Skill India Project for 3 years. Her subject specialization is in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour, and International Business. She has worked in many Institutes like GNIOT. Scholars. She has published various research papers in many reputed journals like JASRAE, PJRBD. She has also participated in various conferences and seminars at National and International Level. She is supervising 2 Ph.D. Research Scholars.
