Established in 2010 by an Act (No. 27 of 2010) of the Uttar Pradesh State Legislature, Noida International University (NIU) is approved under Sections 2(f) & 12(B) of the UGC Act 1956 and empowered to award degrees under Section 22.
The University is accredited by NAAC with an A+ Grade and has earned recognition for academic excellence, multidisciplinary education, innovation, and global engagement. Since its inception in 2010, the School of Law & Legal Affairs (SLLA), Noida International University, has been dedicated to advancing quality legal education through a blend of academic excellence, practical training, and research-driven learning. Recognized for its commitment to innovation and professional development, the School of Law prepares future legal professionals to address contemporary legal and policy challenges with competence, integrity, and a global perspective. The University is recognized by the UGC, and the School of Law is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
The School offers B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B., and LL.B. programmes at the undergraduate level, a one-year LL.M. programme at the postgraduate level, and a Ph.D. in Law for advanced research. The curriculum is enriched with experiential learning through moot court exercises, legal aid and awareness programmes, internships, court visits, client counselling, research projects, seminars, and industry interactions, ensuring that graduates are well-equipped to excel in litigation, judiciary, corporate practice, public service, academia, and other emerging areas of the legal profession.
The first edition of the International Conference of the School of Law & Legal Affairs marks the beginning of a distinguished academic platform dedicated to multidisciplinary dialogue on public policy, legal innovation and technology. The conference seeks to explore how law and governance can contribute to building a sustainable, inclusive and technologically advanced India.
In an era of rapid technological transformation and evolving legal systems, the conference brings together scholars, researchers, legal professionals, policymakers, industry leaders and students to exchange ideas, present cutting-edge research and develop practical solutions for emerging legal and governance challenges.

Submissions are welcome across Law, Social Science, Management, Technology and related interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary themes aligned with the tracks below.
The conference is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics in accordance with the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the publication policies of Taylor & Francis. The International Conference on Law, Innovation, Technology and Public Policy for Sustainable Future: Envisioning Viksit Bharat 2047 (ICLTPP-2026) espouses to maintain the highest possible degree of academic integrity, reliable and responsible research and prevalent publication norms. All the authors and other stakeholders contributing to the process are expected to maintain honesty, transparency, and sheer professionalism throughout the submission, review, and publication process.
The submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication. Each of the submitted manuscripts will be duly scrutinized for plagiarism and AI-assisted content verification and a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure originality, quality, and confidentiality. Any form of research misconduct, including plagiarism, data manipulation or falsification, duplicate submission, inappropriate authorship, copyright infringement or undisclosed conflicts of interest will result in rejection of the manuscript.
Authors must ensure authentic sources by acquiring necessary approval from the entities having ownership over any material including images, figures, and any sort of information emanating from private domain. Submission of manuscript to ICLTPP-2026 presumes the implied consent of the respective authors towards the ethical scholarly standards and its observance in every relevant aspect.
All manuscripts submitted to the International Conference on Law, Innovation, Technology, and Public Policy for Sustainable Futures: Envisioning Viksit Bharat 2047 (ICLTPP-2026) will be evaluated using complete anonymity of authors and expert reviewers considering originality, ethical standard and relevance to the theme of the conference. The identities of both authors and reviewers will remain confidential throughout the review process.
The review process consists of the following stages:
Initial screening for scope, formatting, plagiarism and AI-assisted content verification.
Assignment of anonymized manuscripts to expert reviewers.
Evaluation by reviewers with recommendations for acceptance, revision or rejection.
Communication of reviewers' comments and revision by authors, where applicable.
Final editorial assessment, including re-evaluation of plagiarism, AI compliance and incorporation of reviewers' suggestions.
Final decision regarding acceptance for publication.
Authors are requested to carefully read and follow the instructions below for successful manuscript submission and conference registration.
