The International Seminar on committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, academic integrity, and transparency in accordance with the principles of the Ethical Committee. All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Every submission will undergo plagiarism screening, AI-assisted content verification (where applicable), and a rigorous peer-review process to ensure fairness, confidentiality, and scholarly quality. Any form of research misconduct — including plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate submission, inappropriate authorship, or undisclosed conflicts of interest — will result in rejection of the manuscript and may lead to further action by the Seminar Organizing Committee.

Authors are also required to submit a duly signed Consent Form confirming that they have obtained all necessary permissions for the use of any third-party content, including personal information, images, tables, figures, or other copyrighted material, wherever applicable.
