Noida International University was established in the year 2010 by an Act (Act No. 27 of 2010) of the Uttar Pradesh State Legislature. The University is approved under Section 2(f) & 12(b) of the UGC Act 1956 and empowered to award degrees as specified by UGC under Section 22 of the UGC Act 1956. The University is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an A+ grade and a score of 3.44 — the highest among private universities in Cycle 1 — and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
The University received prestigious recognition by the Department of Science and Industrial Research (DSIR) under the scheme on Recognition of Scientific and Industrial Research Organizations (SIROs), as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) in 2022 and 2025.
NIU is also home to the Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS), a 900+ bedded hospital and medical college dedicated to excellence in medical education and healthcare. NIIMS follows a pragmatic, hands-on approach to learning, ensuring students gain in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the field of medicine.

Liberal Arts explores various aspects of human society, working towards the creation and proliferation of a philosophy of life skills, critical thinking, imagination, creativity, aesthetics and pragmatic analysis of life. It helps students view the world from a different perspective and prepares them to become better individuals and professionals through seminars, workshops, guest lectures, media sessions and expert talks.
The School is a vivacious academic community in teaching, extension activities and research, with faculty drawn from diverse backgrounds in the social sciences and regular interaction with industry, NGOs and government agencies.
The International Seminar on “Gender Equality, Innovation and Sustainable Development: Interdisciplinary Perspectives” provides a platform for academicians, researchers, policymakers, practitioners and students to explore the role of gender equality in advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 5.
Through interdisciplinary dialogue, the seminar will address contemporary issues including social justice, law, public health, education, media, artificial intelligence, digital technologies, climate resilience and economic empowerment. It aims to promote innovative research, evidence-based policymaking and collaborative partnerships that advance inclusion, equity and sustainable development — thereby contributing to the creation of egalitarian and gender-inclusive societies.
Authors are invited to submit their papers for the seminar, ensuring strict adherence to the submission guidelines provided. We look forward to your valuable contributions.
Submissions are welcome in all areas of Humanities & Social Sciences, Law, and related interdisciplinary themes aligned with the seminar theme.
Authors are expected to present original research that has not been published elsewhere. All data, methods and findings should be accurately reported, without fabrication, falsification or inappropriate data manipulation. Authors must properly acknowledge the contributions of others, including citing relevant work.
Plagiarism, in any form, is unacceptable and will result in rejection of the submitted paper. Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their work. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple conferences or journals simultaneously is considered unethical and is strictly prohibited.
Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in a Scopus-indexed edited book / journal / special issue, subject to the publisher's peer review policy and terms & conditions.
Each accepted and presented paper will receive a certificate of participation, regardless of the number of authors. The final publication is subject to the publication partner's norms — including a similarity index below 10%, the AI policy and originality of work.
