Review Process
All papers submitted to IEEE ISATSI-2027 undergo single-anonymous peer review. Each manuscript is evaluated by three independent reviewers drawn from the Technical Programme Committee, comprising subject-matter experts and academicians holding doctoral qualifications in the relevant tracks. Review outcomes are consolidated to determine acceptance.
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration for the paper to be presented and included in the technical programme.
Submission portal. The submission link will be published here when the call for papers opens on 1 September 2026. Papers must be prepared in the IEEE conference template and submitted in PDF.
Plagiarism Screening
In line with the IEEE CrossCheck policy for Xplore-bound conferences, every submitted manuscript is screened using iThenticate/CrossCheck.
- Overall similarity score must not exceed 30%.
- Similarity to any single source must not exceed 10%.
- Papers exceeding these thresholds are returned to authors for revision before review, or rejected outright where similarity indicates substantive plagiarism rather than incidental overlap.
Safeguards Against AI-Generated Content
In line with IEEE policy, any use of AI-generated content in a submitted paper — text, figures, images or code — must be disclosed in the acknowledgments section, identifying the specific AI or generative tool used and the sections where it was applied.
- Undisclosed use of AI-generated text is grounds for desk rejection without further review.
- AI tools may be used for language editing and grammar improvement of author-written text without triggering this requirement.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality and integrity of all submitted content.
