Call for Abstracts

Interested participants can apply online for registration to BIOVISION 2047 – BIO-RISE conference by submitting the duly filled form latest by 31st August 2026. Limited seats are available for early bird registration at discounted fees. Please note that no refund of fees shall be made after registration.

Guidelines for Oral/Poster Presentation

  • Word limit for the abstract is 250–300 words.
  • Mention the track under which the abstract should be considered.
  • Abstract must be written using MS Word with the following specifications: Title (Times New Roman, 14 pt); Author's name (Times New Roman, 12 pt, with the presenting author's name highlighted); Institution name (italics, Times New Roman, 11 pt); Email ID (italics, Times New Roman, 11 pt); Text (Times New Roman, 12 pt); and line spacing of 1.5.

For Posters

  • Participants will be provided with a digital display board (16:9 landscape ratio).
  • Only one participant is allowed per poster.
  • A participant can apply either for oral and/or poster presentation.

Call for Papers

  • The maximum time for oral presentation will be 5 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions and answers.
  • A participant can apply either for oral and/or poster presentation.
  • Papers are invited based on the focus areas of this conference.
  • Early submission of full papers is encouraged.
  • All papers will be peer-reviewed, and selected papers will be published in Scopus-indexed journals.
  • Separate fees may be applied for publication in Scopus-indexed journals as per the requirements of the journals.

Submission Guidelines

  • Authors are invited to submit their full research papers for the conference, ensuring strict adherence to the submission guidelines provided.
  • Papers must be formatted using the prescribed template, available on the conference website.
  • APA 7th Edition citation style.
  • Manuscripts should be written in 10-point Times New Roman font with 1.0 line spacing.
  • The paper must not exceed six pages (between 2,500 to 3,000 words) maximum, incorporating figures, tables, citations and references, etc.
  • Full-length papers are to be submitted in an MS Word file on the mentioned email ID, consisting of the track number and full name of the track in the subject line.
  • The papers should clearly mention the names of the author(s) and their affiliations.
  • The abstract must not be more than 200 words, inclusive in the word count of the full paper.

Ethical statement

The International Conference on Biological Research, Innovation, Security and Empowerment is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics, academic integrity and transparency in accordance with the principles established by the Ethical Committee. Authors must ensure that all submitted manuscripts are original, have not been published previously, and are not under consideration by any other journal or conference. All submissions will be evaluated through plagiarism detection, AI-assisted content verification (where applicable), and a rigorous peer-review process to maintain fairness, confidentiality and scientific quality.

Any instance of research misconduct — including plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate submission, inappropriate authorship, or failure to disclose conflicts of interest — will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript and may invite additional action by the Conference Organizing Committee. Authors must also submit a duly signed Consent Form confirming that they have obtained all necessary permissions for the use of any third-party material, including personal information, photographs, tables, figures or other copyrighted content, wherever applicable.

Responsibilities of authors

Authors are expected to present original research that has not been published elsewhere. All data, methods and findings should be accurately reported, without fabrication, falsification or inappropriate data manipulation. Authors must properly acknowledge the contributions of others, including citing relevant work. Plagiarism, in any form, is unacceptable and will result in the rejection of the submitted paper. Furthermore, authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their work. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple conferences or journals simultaneously is considered unethical and is strictly prohibited.

Plagiarism prevention

To maintain the integrity of the conference proceedings, all submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using specialized detection software. Manuscripts found to have a similarity index exceeding the permitted threshold will not be accepted. Instances of confirmed plagiarism will lead to the rejection of the manuscript and may result in further disciplinary actions.
