Registration, Abstract Submission & Participation Terms

These terms govern every abstract submission, registration and conference participation associated with BIOVISION 2047: BIORISE. Please read them in full before you submit or pay.

By submitting an abstract and/or registering for BIOVISION 2047, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms below.
Terms and Conditions. By submitting an abstract and/or registering for BIOVISION 2047, the participant is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.

Abstract Submission and Evaluation

  1. All abstracts submitted for Oral or Poster presentation will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of BIOVISION 2047.
  2. The Scientific Committee shall have the sole authority to determine the acceptance, rejection and presentation category of each submitted abstract.
  3. Submission of an abstract does not guarantee its acceptance for presentation.
  4. The decision of the Scientific Committee regarding acceptance, rejection, Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation shall be final and binding for the purpose of the conference programme.

Registration and Payment

  1. Presenting authors whose abstracts are accepted will be required to complete their registration and pay the applicable registration fee within the prescribed deadline.
  2. The registration fee, once paid, shall be strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Payment of the registration fee confirms the participant's acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions of BIOVISION 2047.
  4. Participants are advised to carefully review the registration category, fee and applicable terms before making payment.

Oral and Poster Presentation

  1. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign an accepted abstract to either Oral or Poster presentation.
  2. An abstract submitted for Oral Presentation may be assigned to Poster Presentation depending upon scientific merit, relevance, available presentation slots, programme structure and other academic considerations.
  3. Such change in presentation category shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, compensation or any other financial claim.

Rejection of Abstract

  1. Abstracts may be rejected if they do not meet the scientific, academic, thematic, formatting or other requirements of the conference.
  2. Participants whose abstracts are rejected will not be required to pay the presenter registration fee, provided that payment has not already been made.
  3. Rejection of an abstract shall not create any right to claim compensation, damages or any other financial or non-financial benefit from the Organizing Committee, the Conference Secretariat or Noida International University.

Cancellation, Withdrawal and Non-Attendance

  1. Once registration is completed and the registration fee is paid, the fee shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Withdrawal from the conference after payment shall not entitle the participant to a refund.
  3. Failure to attend the conference, failure to present an accepted paper/poster, or inability to participate for personal, professional, travel or other reasons shall not entitle the participant to a refund or compensation.
  4. Registration cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval of the Organizing Committee.

Changes to the Conference Programme

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the conference programme, schedule, speakers, sessions, presentation slots, venue arrangements or mode of participation, if required due to academic, administrative, technical, logistical or unforeseen circumstances.

Such changes shall not automatically create any right to refund, compensation or damages.

Conference Proceedings and Abstract Book

Acceptance of an abstract for presentation does not guarantee publication in a Scopus-indexed journal, proceedings, book or other publication.

The decision regarding inclusion of an abstract in the conference abstract book, proceedings or any other publication shall be subject to the applicable editorial, academic and publication requirements.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for:

  • The originality and accuracy of their submitted abstract and presentation.
  • Obtaining necessary permissions, approvals and consents relating to their research.
  • Ensuring that their submission does not infringe copyright, intellectual property, confidentiality or other rights of any third party.
  • Providing correct registration and contact information.
  • Complying with the rules and instructions issued by the Organizing Committee.

The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for any dispute arising from inaccurate, incomplete, plagiarised or unauthorized content submitted by a participant.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the conference.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny participation or remove a participant from the conference in case of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, violation of conference rules or conduct that adversely affects the academic or professional environment of the conference. No refund shall be payable in such circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

The Organizing Committee and Noida International University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, expense or inconvenience arising from participation in the conference, including travel, accommodation, visa, transportation, technical difficulties or other personal arrangements.

Participants are responsible for making their own travel, accommodation and other arrangements.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an abstract, registering for the conference or making payment of the registration fee, the participant expressly confirms that they have:

  • Read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
  • Accepted the decision-making authority of the Organizing and Scientific Committees;
  • Accepted the applicable registration and payment conditions; and
  • Agreed to abide by the rules and instructions of BIOVISION 2047.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any concern or dispute relating to registration, abstract submission, presentation, participation or any other conference-related matter shall first be brought in writing to the BIOVISION 2047 Organizing Committee / Conference Secretariat for resolution.

The parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve any such matter amicably before pursuing any further remedy available under applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, any legal proceedings arising in connection with BIOVISION 2047 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Final Authority

The Organizing Committee of BIOVISION 2047 reserves the right to interpret and administer these Terms and Conditions and to take appropriate decisions in matters not specifically covered herein.

The decision of the Organizing Committee, within the scope of these Terms and Conditions, shall be final for the administration and conduct of the conference.
