Conditions

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration.
Additional page charges, where applicable, are communicated separately.
Taxes (GST, where applicable) are charged as per Government of India regulations.
Early registration closes 31 July 2027; regular registration closes 30 August 2027.

Steps for registration

Proceed with the registration only after receiving the abstract acceptance notification, along with the Paper ID.
Identify your registration category based on the registration fee table above.
Select the "Pay here" button to be directed to the payment page of Research Publishers. Complete the required details — billing information is necessary for the receipt to be issued in your name — and submit the registration fee.
Save the payment details as an image or PDF file and upload it using the "Upload registration fee proof" button.
After uploading the registration fee proof, please allow 2–3 days to receive the payment receipt; only then will your registration be considered complete.

Registration conditions

For presentation (poster/oral), at least one author must be registered after acceptance of the abstract.
The papers must be presented by any of the registered authors only, as an oral or poster presentation.
Certificates will be provided only to registered participants and presenters.
The registration fee covers a conference kit, access to domain-specific sessions, a certificate for paper presentation/attendance, nomination for the best paper/poster award, refreshments and lunch.
There will be a best oral/poster presentation award for each session.
Papers will be accepted after a double-blind peer review process for publication in Scopus or WoS indexed journals and conference proceedings.

REGISTRATION – DINS 2026

KEY POINTS

Registration is mandatory for both presentation and publication of the paper.
Authors must wait for the formal acceptance email before proceeding with registration.
An accepted paper will be submitted for publication only after successful registration and presentation at the conference.
Any one of the authors whose paper has been accepted for presentation can make the registration fee payment.
For multi-authored papers, the presenting author may be different from the author submitting the registration form.
Registration will be considered complete only after successful payment and verification of the registration form.
The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

MANDATORY REGISTRATION STEPS

Step 1: Submit your full-length paper through the CMT portal.
Step 2: Upon review, the author will receive the provisional acceptance email on or before 15^th March 2026, along with reviewer comments and final submission instructions.
Step 3: Submit the revised paper through the CMT Portal before 20^th March 2026.
Step 4: After receiving the final acceptance confirmation, complete the registration process as follows:

Pay the registration fee of ₹ 7,999/- using one of the following methods:

- Upload the payment proof and all required documents in the Google Registration Form.

Step 5: Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.
