The School of Nursing organized an Expert Talk & Hands‑On Training on Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) for nursing students on 20th January 2026 at  Seminar hall. The programme provided valuable insights into ART procedures and practical exposure, enhancing students’ knowledge and clinical skills in reproductive health.

Objectives of the Programme:

  1. Enhance Knowledge: To provide nursing students with a deeper understanding of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and its role in modern healthcare.
  2. Skill Development: To offer hands‑on training that equips students with practical skills related to ART procedures and patient care.
  3. Clinical Exposure: To familiarize students with the latest techniques in reproductive medicine, including high‑risk obstetrics and minimally invasive procedures.
  4. Promote Research Orientation: To encourage students to explore advancements in reproductive health and contribute to evidence‑based practices.
  5. Professional Growth: To strengthen the competence of nursing students, preparing them for specialized roles in reproductive and maternal healthcare.

Prof. (Dr.) Dipak Sethi Director School of Nursing, as the Convenor. He guided and

encouraged us throughout our program.

Programme Highlights:

  1. Inaugural Session: Opening remarks by dignitaries and introduction to the importance of ART in nursing education.
  2. Expert Talk: Insightful lecture by Latika Singh on advances in Assisted Reproductive Technology and its clinical applications.
  3. Hands‑On Training: Practical demonstrations of ART procedures, giving nursing students exposure to real‑world techniques.
