She completed her LLB, LLM and Ph.D from Vikram University. She has also done her B.Sc from Vikram University and PGDC in 2002 from Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrikarita Vishwavidyalaya.

Dr. Joshi brings with her over two decades of experience across prestigious institutions in India. She has significantly contributed to the legal and academic fraternity through teaching, research, and policy-level engagements.

She is a Scopus-indexed author, with 35 published research papers, 5 published patents, 4 authored textbooks, and 8 edited volumes to her credit, covering diverse domains like Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, IPR, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Law.

Prior to joining Noida International University, Dr. Joshi was associated with various organizations like Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri, Parul University, Vadodara, Amity University, Mumbai and Oriental University Indore.
