Dr. Richa Srivastava holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Bundelkhand University and an MBA in HRM and International Business from AKTU, Lucknow. She has over seven years of combined academic and industry experience, including her role as Quality Head under the Skill India Project (DDU-GKY).

At NIU, she teaches Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and International Business. She also serves as Class Coordinator, ARIIA-IIC Cell Coordinator, HR Club Head, and is an active member of several institutional committees.

Dr. Srivastava has authored two academic books, published widely in reputed journals such as JASRAE, PJRBD, IGI Global, and Taylor & Francis, and holds a patent in HR Analytics. She is currently supervising four Ph.D. scholars.
She holds certifications from NPTEL in AI and Strategic HRM and has participated in FDPs and workshops by IIT-BHU, UGC, and other leading institutions. Her academic and administrative contributions reflect her commitment to quality teaching, research, and student development.
