Dr. Swati Srivastava is a highly accomplished and versatile academician, researcher, trainer and administrator with strong work ethics and interpersonal skills over 13 years of rich experience in the field of Marketing and Human Resource Management. Currently, she is working as Associate Professor in School of Business Management, Noida International University. Dr. Srivastava is a management professional having MBA from AKTU and Ph.D from HNB Garhwal Central University in 2017.In past, Dr. Srivastava has worked withboth Govt. and private organizations.She was associated with Uttar Pradesh Institute of Design, Noida which is a Govt. constituent college of AKTU. She has worked on 2 Research Projects at Centre of Consumer studies, Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi sponsored by Department of Consumers Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food and Public Distribution, Government of India. Dr. Srivastava has various research publications and book chapter in SCOPUS, UGC- CARE, Springer and highly indexed refereed journals. She has participated and presented papers in numerous International and National Seminar and Conferences and also grabbed best presentation awards. She has been an excellent resource person in various Government Professional Development Programs for Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff members at different College & Universities. Dr. Srivastava has received recognition for Chairing technical sessions and outstanding contribution in organizing Seminar and Conferences.
