The HR Club of SBM- Noida International University successfully organized a thought-provoking and interactive event titled “Ignite with Creativity through Employee Engagement” on 11th April 2025. The event aimed to blend creativity with practical HR concepts, encouraging students to think outside the box while addressing real-world workplace issues. The event was organized under the mentorship of: Dr. Priyadarshini Singh Dr. Richa Srivastava Dr. Utkarsh Verma and The student coordination team comprised: 4 Dakshi Verma Ashvini Raj. Their collective efforts ensured smooth execution, from planning to performance management and logistics.
The role play format pushed students to immerse themselves in their characters, take ownership of problems, and think like real HR professionals. The interactive structure made the event lively and highly engaging, both for participants and the audience.
