Outcome:
The event brought the chance for every one to take a peep into the reality check of the hardships of females leadership. The discussion made the understanding to turn to the past and then co-rleatred with the present reality.
The centuries old colonial history has not only impacted the understanding about gender but also created the challeneges for the gender roles in the real life situations.
The panelists made sure that the audience who wwas mostly of young generation should be able to carry aways the right message and concept of feminism rather the media version which is based on popular rating.
Conclusion:
The panelists from their real experience gave a reality check that the present stage of glass ceiling has been readed through the strong wall ceilings of past. And then made motivated the young generation that with the right understanding and empathetic development, righteous approach of freedom even the glass ceiling hcan be removed. But at the same time they also made clear having the glass ceiling never means that the opportunity of growth and development of the females has been confined and similarly the complete removal of glass ceiling too isn’t going to bring any wonders because the challeneges will always stay in the life which every female faces as per their craftful understanding.
