The School of Pharmacy, Noida International University, successfully organized and celebrated the 3rd National Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) Day on 10th October 2025 in the Seminar Hall. The event aimed to enhance awareness and understanding of the principles of cGMP among budding pharmacists and to emphasize the importance of maintaining quality standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The program commenced with a warm welcome address delivered by Ms. Anjali, who greeted the dignitaries, speakers, faculty members, and students, highlighting the significance of Good Manufacturing Practices in ensuring safe and effective drug production.

The keynote lecture was delivered by Ms. Vanshika Kaushik, Food Quality Control & Audit Professional, Herbo Nutra Extracts Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida (UP), who shared valuable insights on various aspects of cGMP, its application in the pharmaceutical industry, and its critical role in product safety and quality assurance. Her session was followed by an engaging question-and-answer round and an interactive discussion with students, where she addressed their queries and encouraged active participation.

The session also witnessed valuable inputs from Mr. Bhaskar Dwivedi, Founder & Managing Director, Herbo Nutra Extracts Pvt. Ltd., who emphasized the importance of continuous improvement and ethical responsibility in pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.

The event concluded with concluding remarks by Ms. Namrata Gautam, Assistant Professor, School of Pharmacy, who expressed gratitude to the speakers for their enlightening sessions and to all participants for making the event successful. She motivated students to apply the principles of cGMP in their future professional practices to ensure quality healthcare outcomes.

The celebration of the 3rd National cGMP Day provided an excellent learning platform for students and reaffirmed the School of Pharmacy’s commitment to nurturing competent and responsible future pharmacists.
