DESCRIPTION.
Noida International University, School of Nursing organized an awareness program on Road Safety 2022, with the theme“Better late than never” under the guidance of Prof. (Dr) Dinesh Kumar, Dean SON and Ms. Shika Gupta, Asst. Prof. SON.
The program was conducted in the adopted village of Makanpur Khadar ( G.Noida) under the flagship of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan on 21st September, 2022.
The Students of B.Sc 2nd year Nursing students took an active initiation by performing drama on Road Safety and prevention, its risk factors with highlights to how can we reduce the road side accident. The program was consecutively conducted in the community area of Makanpur Khada and corridor of 1st floor, Sir Issac Newton Building, Noida International University.
The overall goal of the program was to raise Awareness about Road Safety through positive and informative message to the risk group of young people and community.
The rally was a successful venture for both the organizers and the villagers who could make the best from this program with the goal to raise awareness about Road Safety under the mission “UNNAT BHARAT ABHIYAN”.
Last but not the least, members of the community appreciated and urged to conduct such awareness programs in the mere future and on behalf of the school we are very glad that students has presented so well with full enthusiasm and we will ensure, encourage and support them more for upcoming events as well.
