School of Business Management, Noida International University has organized a Solar Energy Conclave on 28th March 2023. The Chief Guest was Prof. (Dr. ) Chetan Solanki, “Solar Man of India”, Professor at IIT Bombay, Founder- Energy Swaraj Foundation, Brand Ambassador of Solar Energy for Madhya Pradesh and the keynote speakers were Mr. Abhinav Mahajan, Director IB Solar Governing Council- Skill Council of Green Jobs, Head-International Affairs Committee- National Solar Energy Federation of India, Executive Council- Noida Entrepreneurs Association, Mr. Ashish Kumar Assistant Manager- Tata Consultancy Services, Mentor Of Change- ATL (NITI Aayog), Governing Council- The Institution of Green Engineers President (Delhi)- Bihar Social Entrepreneurs Association and Mr. Anurag Bansal, MD-13D Research and strategy (USA).
Dr. Chetan Singh Solanki Professor IIT Mumbai interacted with students and demonstrated his solar bus as part of “Energy Swaraj Yatra” at Noida International University, Greater Noida. He has introduced the concept of AMG i.e. Avoid-Minimize and Generate by one third and he said that by doing so we will be able to save our environment.
The other speaker was Mr. Ashish Kumar has explained green startup and social entrepreneurship. Mr. Anubhav Mahajan has discussed his journey of becoming the solar entrepreneur and Mr. Anurag Bansal discussed the importance of Solar energy and the opportunities in the field of solar energy available in India.
