The Training & Placement Process at NIU is a comprehensive, industry-aligned framework designed to enhance student employability, bridge skill gaps, and facilitate successful career outcomes.
Student Aspiration Form
The Placement Registration process at Noida International University serves as the formal onboarding mechanism for students to express interest and commit to participating in campus placement drives facilitated by the Placement Department.
- Student Aspiration Form:
- All students should fill the Student Aspiration Form when they are in their Pre-Final Semester. This form is mandatory for all students.
- Students can share their aspiration to participate in Campus Placement, to become entrepreneurs, to pursue family business, to pursue higher studies or to participate and prepare for competitive examination.
- Students who choose to participate in Campus Placement will only be considered for placement by NIU Placement department and students need to adhere to the Placement Policy, including mandatory participation, conduct, and ethical standards during the recruitment process.
This ensures structured, professional, and accountable environment for both students and recruiters, facilitating efficient planning of placement schedules and candidate profiling.
Pre-Training Assessment & Career Mapping
A diagnostic evaluation is conducted to understand students’ aptitudes, skill levels, career interests, and competency gaps.

The primary objective of the Placement Policy at Noida International University (NIU) is to design and implement a transparent, inclusive, fair, and consistent framework to facilitate the campus recruitment process for its students. Through this policy, NIU aims to create structured and streamlined opportunities for its students to connect with potential employers across industries, both nationally and internationally.
The policy ensures that all eligible and interested students get equal access to placement opportunities, industry interactions, and employability enhancement programs.
It also serves to align the academic competencies, skills, and career aspirations of students with current corporate expectations and global employment trends. The framework is carefully built to uphold the Noida International University's reputation for producing industry-ready, responsible, and skilled graduates.
Eligibility Criteria for Participation in Campus Placements
The eligibility criteria for students to participate in the campus recruitment process at Noida International University are designed to ensure that students presented to recruiters meet the minimum academic, behavioral, and institutional requirements expected by the industry.
Eligibility Guidelines:
- Student Aspiration Form:
- All final-year students aspiring to participate in campus placements must submit their Aspiration in the Student Aspiration Form along with their supporting documents within the specified deadlines.
- Minimum Academic Requirements:
- Students’ backlogs will be permissible as per the company recruitment policy.
- Disciplinary and Attendance Requirements:
- Students debarred on disciplinary grounds or with unsatisfactory behavioral records as certified by their respective school or Placement Department will be declared ineligible.
- Students must meet the minimum attendance requirement as prescribed by their academic program to qualify. (Minimum 75% Attendance)
- Document Verification:
- Students must submit copies of all necessary documents including academic records, certifications, internships, ID proofs, and resume, as mandated by the Placement Department before participating in placement drives.
- Any misrepresentation or falsification of information will lead to immediate disqualification.
This eligibility framework ensures that only professionally ready and academically consistent students represent Noida International University in campus placement opportunities.
NIU strictly follows the “ONE STUDENT ONE JOB” Policy
The Placement opportunity is made available to all the students eligible and interested students, strictly following the policy of “ONE STUDENT ONE JOB” Once a student is selected by a company, he/she will not be allowed to participate in any other campus drives organized by Placement Department.
The sole objective is to ensure that every student will get equal job opportunities and that only a few students do not consume up all the jobs.
Every student who clears the selection process with a company, should join and work in the same company for initial 2-3 years, eventually enhancing his / her skills, network, certification, and qualification.
