DESCRIPTION.
In today’s digital world our children use phones limitlessly and they are slowly becoming addictive as there are many pros to the online world and might leave an unfavorable impact on the child’s development. Irresponsible use of media can lead to harmful tendencies in children.

Noida International University, School of Nursing organized an awareness program on “Mobile addiction effects on children” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Dean/Principal School of Nursing and Ms. Shikha Gupta (Assistant Professor, SON) along with the students of GNM 1st year and ANM 1st year, students to help the awareness on 03/10/2022 with the theme “Smartphone is definitely smarter than us to be able to keep us addicted to it. Educate and Support”

The campaign was carried out in the adopted village Luksar under Unnat Bharat. Abhiyan.

The specific objectives are as follows-
Mobile addiction is a serious problem that many children and their parents face today. It’s not just about the child’s screen time, but also the amount of time they spend on such devices as smartphones and tablets.
