METHOD OF CAMPAIGN – Induction class at Primary Health Center, Dankaur
DESCRIPTION.
Poliomyelitis drop is one of the most effective ways to ensure child health and survival. Noida International University, School of Nursing participated in an induction awareness program conducted at Dankaur village on “poliomyelitis” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Dean/Principal School of Nursing and Ms. Shikha Gupta (Assistant Professor, SON)
The induction program was carried out for the students of GNM and ANM student in the Primary Health Center, Dankaur on 12/09/2022.
The specific objectives was to train the intern nursing students to create and awareness for Disease Control and Prevention and also to ensure that each children get four doses of polio vaccination at the prescribed months and years. The induction program was very beneficiating and worth undertaking for all the intern nursing students of Noida International University, who in turn took initiation for a series of vaccination drive to fight “poliomyelitis” in and around the villages of Greater Noida.
