Summary |
The community awareness campaign focused on educating women about breast cancer screening and the importance of regular mammography. Department of Radiology and Imaging Technology students conducted interactive sessions, skits, and discussions to provide comprehensive insights into breast cancer and its early detection methods. The event was followed by two skits addressing: 1. Educational information on mammography procedures and benefits. 2. Awareness about breast cancer symptoms, risk factors, and the importance of early detection. The event concluded with a closing speech, emphasizing the need to overcome cultural and social barriers to breast cancer screening and encouraging community collaboration. Objectives Achieved · Awareness: Educated attendees on the importance of mammography and regular health check-ups. |
