H. N. Hota is working as Professor and Dean in School of Education, Noida International University, Greater Noida. He is an insightful academician with an experience of more than 21 years in the field of Education as Educator in Teacher Education Institutions. He has also served as Principal at different Colleges of Education, affiliated to CCS University and Lecturer at SCERT (HR), Gurgaon, DIET, Jind and Gurgaon.. He has obtained M.A. Education, B.Ed., M.Ed. and Ph.D from Kurukshetra University, M.Phil.Education from H.P. University, Shimla and M.A.English from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. He is well known for his Reflective Teaching and expert in Guiding Dissertation and Ph.D work. He has worked in Three Major Research Projects in Education, funded by UGC, NCERT and Bhiwani Board of Education at Kurukshetra University.He has got Training on Appraisal of Annual Work Plan &Budget at NSDART, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, Sponsored by MHRD. He has also worked at Resource Person in Teacher Training Programmes on different themes at School, Block, District and State level, under DPEP, Sponsored by MHRD, in Haryana.

He is a passionate and motivating educator who believes in to make each day fruitful and full of new experiences for the learners. He consistently strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment in which students can become lifelong scholars.
