Presently working as an Associate Professor in School of Business Management, Noida International University Greater Noida .Also served as a senior faculty in Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education ,Narela,Delhi (Affiliated to IP University ,New Delhi).

He is an author, Researcher, Academician, thinker, Motivator, orator, Corporate Trainer, a social activist & reformer in the field of management.
