Dr. Priyadarshani Singh is an Associate Professor (Area Chair – HR & OM) in the School of Business Management at Noida International University, where she also serves as Research and Innovation Coordinator, IQAC Member, IIC Member and E-Cell Coordinator. A UGC-NET qualified academic, she holds a Ph.D. from the University of Allahabad, along with an MBA, M.Com., M. Sc., LLB and B. Sc., reflecting a strong multidisciplinary foundation. At NIU, she delivers courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Law and Entrepreneurship subjects.

Her research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of HR, technology and sustainability, with a particular focus on AI-enabled HR analytics, digital learning and development, and workforce management in the information age. She has published in Scopus-indexed and other refereed journals, contributed an international book chapter, and authored several books. Dr. Singh also brings rich industry experience and has a strong record of academic leadership.

Actively engaged in the wider professional community, she holds editorial positions in journals and magazines, reviews for reputed publishers such as IGI Global, and is a member of bodies including AIMA, NHRD, the Internet Society (ISOC) and the International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDC). She is a certified HR Analytics professional (IIT Roorkee) and is frequently invited as a resource person for faculty development Programmes and training initiatives.
