Dr. Sameer Kumar is currently serving as the Dean, School of Pharmacy at Noida International University, Greater Noida. He is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 19 years of experience in teaching, administration, and academic leadership across reputed institutions.

He is a Member of The Royal Society of Chemistry (UK) and a Member of the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Approval Bureau of India (PMBI), Uttar Pradesh State. His academic credentials include the authorship of 18+ books, 8 book chapters, and over 85 research papers published in reputed national and international journals, including Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, Bentham Science, and Hindawi. He has also presented numerous scientific papers at national conferences and seminars.

Dr. Sameer Kumar has been granted 15 Indian patents, 1 UK design patent, and has received the AICTE-GATE fellowship for his postgraduate (M. Pharm.) studies. He also serves as a reviewer for five international research journals.

In addition to his academic and research achievements, he is committed to social impact through student counseling and awareness programs, especially guiding young minds toward career opportunities in the pharmaceutical sciences.
