He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at the School of Liberal Arts, Noida International University, Greater Noida. His academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. from the Central University of Gujarat. His doctoral research focused on “Agricultural Research in India during the Cold War: Circulation of Knowledge and Transnational Networks, 1947–1991.” Dr. Singh has been recognized with the Best Teacher Award by Noida International University. He has contributed to the field through various publications, including his work in the Indian Journal of History of Science, Towards Excellence, and the Madras Agricultural Journal. He has also presented papers at significant conferences, including the Indian History Congress and the Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi. Dr. Singh has actively participated in workshops focusing on science and technology education, scient metrics analysis, and research methods.
