The Guest Speaker for the Event was Mr. Arto Haimakainen (director of international recruitment), Ms. Elisa Vepsalainen (Director of business operations attendo/silkroard), Mr. Simon Alisch (recruitment marketing director), Mr.Ajay raina (COO & Director NSDCI), Mr. Vikas Yadav (director global services LLP). They explaining about their organization NSDC is a public-private partnership organization in India that was created to promote and facilitate skill development initiatives in the country. (NSDCI) has played an essential role in enabling International Workforce Mobility (IWM) through targeted engagements with foreign governments and partnering for dedicated training programs to create opportunities in foreign countries. They counsel the students by assisting them in identifying their career interests and goals.
Ojective: The main objective of the programme was to provide career guidance and counseling to students by assisting them in identifying their career interests and goals and opportunities with potential employers.
Activities and Highlights:
Career Counseling Sessions: The event commenced with interactive sessions conducted by experienced counselors. These sessions aimed to help students understand their interests, strengths, and career options available in various fields. The counselors provided personalized guidance and answered students’ queries regarding different career paths. These sessions’ facilitated interactions, allowing students to inquire about job opportunities, internships etc. The placement drive included networking sessions where students could directly engage with NSDC. A job fair was organized as part of the placement drive, inviting the Students had the chance to submit their resumes, interact with recruiters, and participate in on-the-spot interviews.
