Mr. Abhishek Sharma is working as a Assistant Professor in School of Pharmacy, Noida International University with total of 8+ years of experience. Prior to this, he worked as Assistant Professor in Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at G. D. Goenka University for the past 5+ years. Prior to this he was into Pharmaceutical Industry for 2 years as Training Manager. He had cracked GPAT twice in 2014 and 2015. He has done his B.Pharm from PGIMS Rohtak, Haryana; M. Pharm (Pharmacology) from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, Haryana with AICTE PG Fellowship and pursuing his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from G. D. Goenka University, Haryana. He has published 01 Book as 1^st Author; 05 patents and 8 research/review papers in reputed Journals indexed by Scopus, SCIE, and WOS and conferences indexed by Scopus. He is well versed with in-vitro and in-vivo techniques of Pharmacological Evaluation of natural, herbal and synthetic novel compounds. He got “Best Teacher of the Year 2022” award in recognition of his exemplary performance in Teaching, Mentoring, Research and Academic Administration. He has well versed expertise in organizing conferences, animal handling workshops and in making departments/institutions ready for various accreditation body inspections. His area of interest includes Lead identification, Behavioral Models and Drug discovery for CNS Ailments; Community Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Marketing Management. He is also an active member of HSPC & APTI.
