Monalisha Pal, FMERU & FMERC, RN, M.Sc. Assistant Professor, School of Nursing, Noida International University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. She is a dedicated educator and researcher in community/public health with over six years of academic and teaching experience. She has authored more than 20 publications in reputed International, National, UGC, Scopus, and PubMed-indexed journals and contributed to book chapters as an author and editor. She has actively participated in over 15 training and community programs and attended several faculty development programs.

A certified expert in Standard Days Method of Family Planning, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and a Master Trainer in Anemia Mukt Bharat under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, she is also trained in Normal Labor Birth and Active Management of Third Stage of Labor (AMTSL) by the Maternity Foundation. She holds lifetime memberships in various professional associations.
