India Art Fair Visit

In this one-day Programme we have visited India Art Fair 2024 NSIC Grounds, Okhla, New Delhi. The students of BFA, MFA art need to be connected with such types of events like the contemporary art exhibition, India, International level Art galleries, artist interaction as it helps them to be more progressive and to incorporated new thoughts, new materials in their art practiced. The students can understand extensively through such face to face interaction with artists, curators, galleries and the art market. The students also got the opportunity to see the world famous artists like MF Hussain, FN Souza, SH Raza, Subodh Gupta, Rajesh Ram, Andy Warhol, NS Harsha, Jyoti Bhatt, Arpita Akhande In the gallery spaces our students interacted with the several Eminent Artists, they learn about different technique in along with the use of colours in negative and positive ways.
In the India Art Fair, students attended a walkthrough and get a chance to know about the works of Contemporary artists displayed by leading galleries of India. Student learn about the various mediums of expression like- performance, photography, video, illusion, sound, interactive installation etc. This visit excites students as it was full of experiential learning along with the conceptual and informative knowledge.
