OVERVIEW OF EVENT
On october 22th, 2024, School of Nursing (SON), Noida International university organized a Food Fest “ Tasty Trails” ( Path Towards Global Plate).The event was organized by the SON department under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Dipak Sethi, Dean, NIU.

Day 1 – Tuesday, September 22nd, 2024

The first day of the Student Food Fest was a resounding success, bringing together students, faculty, and community members to celebrate culinary creativity and diversity. The event aimed to promote cultural exchange and showcase student talent through food.
All have enjoyed the festivities, with a diverse mix of students in various stalls that are decorated by students on their own.
Activities and Highlights
- Food Stalls:
- Variety of Cuisines: Students set up 07 stalls featuring dishes from various cultures, including Bhutanese cuisine, cuisine of Bihar, Nepal, Africa.
- Taste Testing: Attendees sampled a wide array of dishes, with many stalls offering bite-sized portions to encourage exploration of different flavors.
- Cooking Demonstrations:
- Several cooking demonstrations were held throughout the day, featuring student chefs who showcased their culinary skills.
