On April 24th, 2025, the School of Business Management, NIU hosted an enriching session with Mr. Rounaq Mustafa, an expert in entrepreneurship, startup incubation, and business leadership. In his talk on “Campus to CEO – Steps to Start Your Startup from College,” Mr. Mustafa shared invaluable insights from his 20+ years of experience, including founding five incubators and mentoring over 10,000 entrepreneurs.
His session focused on key aspects of entrepreneurship: identifying real-world problems, building an MVP, leveraging campus resources, and scaling startups from concept to impact.
