  1. Introduction

The School of Pharmacy, Noida International University, celebrated the 64th National Pharmacy Week (NPW) from 16th to 22nd November 2025 with the national theme “Pharmacists as Advocates of Vaccination.” The event highlighted the evolving role of pharmacists in public health, patient counselling, and immunization awareness.

A series of engaging academic and creative activities were organized to promote scientific thinking, teamwork, creativity, and professional development among the students.

  1. Objectives of the Celebration
  • To emphasize the importance of pharmacists in vaccination awareness and immunization programs.
  • To encourage students to participate in educational and creative competitions.
  • To enhance communication, leadership, teamwork, and scientific understanding.
  • To create opportunities for students to showcase their talent and professional skills.
  1. Event Planning and Coordination

The National Pharmacy Week celebration was carried out under the guidance of faculty coordinators and the support of student volunteers. Responsibilities were assigned systematically to ensure smooth execution of the activities. Notices, schedules, and event guidelines were shared with all students to encourage maximum participation.

4.1 Pharma Quiz Competition

The Pharma Quiz competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across all years. The quiz tested students’ knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare systems, vaccination awareness, and general science. Multiple rounds, including rapid-fire and reasoning-based questions, made the event intellectually stimulating and interactive.

4.2 Rangoli Competition

The Rangoli Competition added artistic vibrance to the NPW celebration. Students created colourful and meaningful designs reflecting healthcare themes, vaccination messages, and the spirit of pharmacy. The competition showcased the creativity and artistic enthusiasm of the participants.

  1. Winners & Award Distribution Ceremony

A formal Prize Distribution Ceremony was held to recognize the talent and efforts of the winners. Trophies, medals, and certificates were awarded to the top achievers, while all participants received certificates of participation.
