Dr. Ashlesha, an Assistant Professor, joined Noida International University in February 2024. She obtained her PhD 2024 in Forensic Sciences (Toxicology) from Amity University, Noida. She graduated and is post-graduated in Forensic Sciences from Amity University, Noida, and Galgotias University respectively.

Her major research areas include Food chemistry, pesticides, and DNA forensics. Her major project includes the work with blood samples in Forensic Serology. Her ongoing research is targeting the DNA in humans which is attacked by the pyrethroids as a result causing misfunctioning of the nervous system and infertility in them.

She has her publications in high-impact International Journals. Along with various other FDPs

organized by various Departments of Science, she has also worked in an organizing team in Five-day Multidisciplinary online faculty Development program on “Exploring Scientific Frontiers in Biology and Biomedicine”.

Experience- She has an experience of more than one year in the academic industry. Along with

academics, she has also worked with Detective Agencies as a Head of the North zone. She has also worked as an Education Counselor in Meritnation to guide the students to pave their path to success.
