Dr. Neha Tomer is PhD in Management from Amity University, Jaipur and MBA with dual specialization Major in HRM and Minor in Finance. Her Specialization   are in the areas Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management and organization Behaviour, She has worked in many premier organizations like IBM, SFS, Canada Based Company, Amity University, and Rajasthan University. Under her supervision one M.Phil Scholar has been awarded and one PhD Submitted.  Presently, she is supervising four Ph.D. Scholars.

Dr. Neha Tomer  has above seven years of  Mixed experience ( Corporate and Academics) She has done two research funded project  during her Ph.D.

Dr. Neha Tomer  has done Ph.D. in Management  from Amity University, Jaipur  and MBA in HRM and Finance from NIU.
