Dr. Indira Priyadarsani Pradhan is a seasoned academic leader with over 15 years of experience spanning teaching, research, academic administration, and industry practice. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with a research focus on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Human Resource Management in the IT sector and has advanced specialization in Data Science and Deep Learning from IIIT Bangalore.

Her core teaching areas emphasize emerging technologies in management, including AI & ML for Business, Cloud Computing for Managers, Business Analytics, Python for Managers, and Statistics for Managers. In addition, she teaches Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Cross-Cultural Management, Advanced Performance Management, and Principles of Management, integrating technological insights with strategic HR perspectives.

As faculty she plays a pivotal role in curriculum design, outcome-based education implementation, academic planning, accreditation processes (NAAC & NBA), and student mentoring initiatives. She actively promotes experiential learning and industry-academia integration.
