She is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Noida International University and previously held the position of Associate Professor at Galgotias University, where she made significant contributions to aviation education, curriculum innovation, and institutional development. She has also served as a Visiting Faculty in Aviation at the Qasim Ibrahim School of Business, Villa College, Maldives, reflecting her international academic engagement. Prior to her academic career, Dr. Bhatia completed a decade-long professional tenure with SpiceJet Airlines, gaining extensive operational, leadership, and customer engagement expertise.
