Dr Palak Mishra is an Assistant Professor and Programme Coordinator for the Agribusiness Management programme at School of Business Management, Noida International University, Greater Noida, where she leads core academic activities and mentors a diverse cohort of future agri-professionals. An agricultural extension and agribusiness specialist, she holds a PhD in Agricultural Extension Education from Sri Karan Narendra Agriculture University, Jaipur, M.Sc. in Extension Education & Rural Sociology and a B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture from RVSKVV, Gwalior, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness, with rich experience in teaching, research, and curriculum management.

Her academic work focuses on agribusiness management and allied subjects, agricultural extension systems, rural sociology, indigenous technical knowledge, sustainable agriculture, gender and youth in agriculture, farmer-producer organisations and agri-entrepreneurship. She has published research papers, book chapters and popular articles, and has guided student projects on climate resilience, value chains and supply chains in horticulture and other high-value commodities.

As Programme Coordinator, Dr Mishra steers academic planning, outcome-based curriculum implementation and continuous assessment, while fostering strong industry linkages through guest lectures, workshops and exposure visits. She actively promotes experiential learning via internships, field immersions and community outreach with farmers and agri-startups. She has also delivered an expert talk on Akashvani (Prasar Bharati), where she spoke on agricultural extension, agribusiness careers and emerging opportunities in the agri-food sector.
