Dr. Rashmi Manhas is a versatile academician and administrator who support a participative and inclusive work culture. She is an expert in Finance and Accountancy, as well as a seasoned researcher and educator. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Noida International University. Her academic contributions includes publishing 12 research papers in ABDC and UGC Care list journals, presenting over 25 research papers at international and national conferences, authored 1 book and contributed 5 chapters to ISBN books and has attended more than 30 research workshops, webinars and FDPs. Dr. Rashmi Manhas is highly knowledgeable in research tools such as SPSS, AMOS, Smart PLS and SEM.
