Dr. Utkarsh Kumar Verma holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work (HR/IR) from Banaras Hindu University In addition, he earned an MBA in Human Resources from IGNOU. He has been awarded a PhD from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Prayagraj, Allahabad, in December 2023.

Academics: Dr. Verma brings over two years of dedicated teaching experience as an Assistant Professor and served at the Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM), Pune and Invertis University, Bareilly. His commitment to academic excellence and student development has been a cornerstone of his career.

Industry Experience: He brings three years of industry experience as an HR professional, having worked with reputable organizations such as Gati KWE and Mahagun Group.

Research: Dr. Verma has contributed significantly to academia, with five research papers published in Scopus and other peer-reviewed international journals. Additionally, he has authored three book chapters in reputable publications and holds two patent publications. He is currently supervising one PhD student.

Area of Interest:His research interests span workplace deviance, industrial relations, organizational behaviour, and talent management.
