Dr. Vidya Dayinee Sharan is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management and Information Technology and a seasoned academician and industry professional with over 15+ years of rich experience spanning the HR and IT domains.

She holds Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Human Resource Management and has further enhanced professional expertise through a Diploma in Training and Development. This blend of qualifications enables a strong focus on competency building, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employability-oriented education.

She has Done MBA from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore and B.tech in Information Technology from Lucknow. She is an Accredited Management Teacher in Human Resource Management certified with All India Management Association (AIMA).

Dr. Vidya has published several research papers in Scopus-indexed journals, contributing to contemporary discussions in HRM, Sustainability practices, Green HRM, training effectiveness, and management practices. In addition, Dr. Vidya has authored few academic books, reflecting a commitment to knowledge dissemination and scholarly contribution.
