Industrial Visit to Hero MotoCorp, Gurgaon

On March 21, 2025, MBA students from NOIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (School of business management) had the exclusive opportunity to visit Hero MotoCorp, Gurgaon, for an insightful industrial exposure. Guided by Dr. Richa Srivastava and Dr. Utkarsh Verma, the students explored cutting-edge motorcycle manufacturing processes, witnessing automated assembly lines, quality control systems, and sustainable production techniques. Additionally, the students gained insights into HR practices at Hero MotoCorp, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training & development, and workplace safety initiatives. The visit also featured an interactive session with senior industry experts, where students learned about market trends, leadership, and innovation in the automotive sector.
