Ms. Anshu Kain is an Associate Professor at the School of Nursing, Noida International University, with 11 years of teaching experience. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from Santosh Medical College and earned her Master of Science in Nursing (Medical-Surgical Nursing) with a specialization in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Nursing from the Nightingale Institute of Nursing, Noida. She is a certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) provider and has further strengthened her professional expertise by completing certificate courses in Quality Control, Infection Control, and a one-year Certificate Course in Healthcare Management and Hospital Administration. Her areas of expertise include Medical-Surgical Nursing, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, emergency and resuscitation care, infection prevention and control, quality assurance in healthcare, and nursing education. She is committed to promoting excellence in nursing education through evidence-based teaching, clinical competency, research, and quality improvement initiatives, while mentoring future nursing professionals to deliver compassionate, safe, and patient-centred healthcare.
