Mrs Nidhi Kumari is a faculty member in the Agribusiness Management program at the School of Business Management, Noida International University. She brings over eight years of combined academic and industry experience spanning management, human resource studies, behavioural sciences, and marketing. She holds a PGDM from IMT Hyderabad, which equips her with contemporary managerial perspectives that she actively brings into the classroom through case-based and experiential learning approaches.

Before joining NIU, she was associated with reputed institutions such as MDI Gurugram, Amity University, MICA Ahmedabad, and the Asian Education Group, contributing to teaching, curriculum design, research, and academic development. Her corporate experience includes roles in market research, HR consulting, and market intelligence with organisations like Up Grad, Mordor Intelligence, and Meta Cognitive L&D Solutions, where she worked on data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and talent development initiatives. Her research interests lie in agribusiness management, organisational behaviour and marketing, and she has presented papers at national and international academic forums.
