DESCRIPTION.
Noida International University, School of Nursing organized an awareness program on “World contraception day” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Dean/Principal School of Nursing and Ms. Shikha Gupta, Assistant Professor, School of Nursing.
The community awareness program was carried out in the nearby village of Dankaur under the theme “Improve awareness of all contraceptive methods available and enable young people to make informed choices on their sexual and reproductive health: Educate and Support”
World Contraception Day takes place on 26 September. The aim is to improve awareness of all contraceptive methods available and to enable young people to make informed choices on their sexual and reproductive health.
The Program was very beneficial and informative for all the participants who in turn appreciated the initiation taken by Noida International University for organizing such program in the community areas.
