Dr. Sadhana Sargam, teaching professional with more than 12 years of teaching experience. She has excelled in the field of Finance & Accounting, Commerce and Research. Dr. Sargam is presently associated with Noida International University, Greater Noida as an Senior Assistant Professor. She has completed her Ph.D in Commerce from T. M. Bhagalpur University in 2017, M.Com in Finance & Account from T M Bhagalpur University in 2007, B.Ed from Saurashtra University Rajkot in 2012 and MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University in 2014. She has Published 18+ research papers in Scopus, ABDC and UGC Care peer-reviewed journals and authored 1 book chapter and 2 Patents. She has Presented and Participated in more than 30 National and International Conferences, Seminars, FDP of IIT, MDP and Workshop.

She is also a Guest editor of Korea Review of International Studies: Challenges in Rural Entrepreneurship and Corporate World Advancement and also Dr. Sadhana Sargam has her YouTube channel, "Sadhana4Education(शिक्षा के लिए साधना)".

She has received International Conference & Phoenix Awards of Excellence 2023 from Career Disha, also received appreciation letter from Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India for performance of students in Senior School Certificate of CBSE. Prior to joining Noida International University, She was associated with various organizations like, Notre Dame Academy, Sikkim Manipal University, Unacademy, ICA - Sharda University and GL Bajaj Institute.
