· Speaker gave presentation on leprosy:- 1. RAISE AWARENESS :- Talked about history of leprosy, different names of leprosy in different languages. 2. Promoted knowledge about the early signs of leprosy, emphasizing the importance of early detection for better treatment outcomes. 3. Highlighted Treatment Advances: Showcased advancements in leprosy treatment and rehabilitation, emphasizing that the disease is curable with appropriate medical intervention. 4. Students got to know about movies and novels based on leprosy stories and were encouraged to read them. 5. Students got to know about how our scriptures like Vedas, Grantha, Quran, talked about leprosy · Documentary of leprosy patient. · Microscopic presentation of M. Laprae · Held ward round to see the patients. |
