I have done a PhD in organic semiconductor based optoelectronic devices. I have six years of experience of research and two year experience of teaching. I have published 13 research papers and 4 are under process. I have hands on experience of the following instruments and characterization tools.

X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,Field emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), RF/DC Sputtering, Raman Spectroscopy, Solar Simulator, Two probe and four probe electrical transport properties measurements, UV-visible-NIR spectroscopy, Photoluminescence spectroscopy, EIS spectroscopy, Refractometer, Glove Box, Thermal Evaporation Unit.
