Professor (Forensic Science)
Prof. Robert Green is a distinguished forensic scientist with over three decades of experience in forensic science, law enforcement, and academia. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc and an M. Litt, and was recognized with an OBE for his services to forensic science in 2008. Currently, he serves as a professor at the University of Kent, where he has held various leadership roles, including Director of Student Engagement and Chair in Forensic Science. Prof. Green has played a key role in forensic consultancy projects worldwide, working with police and justice systems in countries such as Egypt, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan. He is also the Vice President of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His expertise spans forensic analysis, strategic management, and disaster victim identification, contributing significantly to advancements in forensic science education and practice globally.
