REPORT ON TEAM BUILDING EXERCISE UNDER HR CLUB

Team building is an essential part of management and team work teaches essential of communication and social skills such as active listening and effective speaking. When working as a team, students learn how to listen to their leaders in order to perform their individual roles. Students learn how to listen to one another in order to function as a cohesive unit. Teamwork teaches students how to respectfully and confidently express their ideas and opinions effectively in a group setting. HR club has conducted two activities to give the insights of teamwork, coordination, leadership and other aspects of management.
First activity was purely a team building exercise called as Human Chain based upon creative thinking and decision making, where the group of students have to solve a puzzle.
The activity was conducted by Dr. Yamini Pandey and Ms. Archana.. Students have enjoyed a lot and participated enthusiastically. They learned about Leadership, creative thinking, decision making, coordination and team management.
